Evergreen Enterprises, LLC works with
owners and tenants to ensure a “win-win” situation
for all parties.
For the owner, we handle all administrative documents,
including rental agreements, leases, and all documents
required by local, state, and federal laws, plus codes and
requirements. We will keep the owner up to date on
changes and requirements that could be costly if not
handled in a timely manner.
Safety is a major concern for our company. We
guarantee that all safety requirements are sustained and
safety records are properly maintained. We send owners
statements of charges and an IRS Form-1099 annually to
assist with tax filings and to ensure proper deductions for
rental units.

Our basic administrative services start at 10% of the
monthly rental amount and can vary depending on any
special requests by the owners. We will also watch
properties and do security and maintenance checks for a
base charge of $25.
Maintenance services for the rental unit are recorded
and billed to the owner with a full accounting of labor and
materials monthly or at the time of service depending on
what services are performed.
