We also provide seasonal lawn care and snow removal. For
properties we manage, we offer a substantial, below-market
discount on all labor for our services. We have the equipment to

Leener's Cleaners
Clean isn't clean until it's been cleaned by Leener's Cleaners. We offer a full line of services from seasonal spring and fall
cleaning to regular scheduled cleaning. We do floors, windows,
stoves, full kitchens and baths. We'll even throw in the laundry
and change the sheets.

Development
At Evergreen Construction & Development, we buy property
